April and Rick Cannon
Rick Cannon is the inventor of the Panel Lockout. Rick has been a Local Union 3, IBEW electrician for 35 years. He has worked as an apprentice, journeyman, sub-foreman, foreman, general foreman and superintendent. He has been a member of the Local 3 Wage and Policy Committee since 1986, served on the 1986 Negotiating Committee and also served on the 2007 Employment Plan Committee. Rick served as President of the Bellerose Hillside Civic Association from 1987 to 1997.
April Cannon is the owner of Panellockout.com LLC and runs the day to day operations. PanelLockout.com, LLC is registered in New York State.April is also the owner of April's Kids in Bellmore, N.Y. , the retail store of the Panel Lockout. She served as the Public Relations Director of the Bellmore Village Merchant's Association from 2002 to 2009.
Rick and April have been married for 27 years and have a beautiful daughter, Shaye.
